Parker, Palmer wed
Lauren Parker of Jenks, Okla. and Brian Palmer of Juneau were married in a ceremony on June 21, at St. James Church in Jenks, Okla.
Friends and relatives of the couple are invited to a reception at 7 p.m. July 7 at Douglas Island Bible Church.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Wayne and Linda Parker. She is a graduate of Jenks High School in Jenks, Okla., and is a student at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Ark.
The groom-elect is the son of Robert and Glenda Palmer. He is a graduate of Juneau-Douglas High School and John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Ark. He is employed as a project manager for Nabholtz Construction.
Juneau attendants included bridesmaid Michelle Palmer, sister of the groom; best man Alan Palmer, brother of groom; and groomsman Toby Lockhart.
