Firefighters from Capital City Fire and Rescue douse spectators Monday during the annual Make & Break hose race in front of the Douglas Fire Hall. Teams of firefighters competed to assemble segments of fire hose, with the winning squad earning the right to soak its opponents - and the crowd.
