Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Assaults:

• A man, 38, was arrested on a charge of fourth-degree assault in North Douglas. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• A man, 42, was arrested at 6 p.m. Thursday downtown on a charge of domestic violence assault. He was lodged at the state prison.

• A man, 22, was arrested at 4:45 a.m. Friday near Northwood Drive on charges of assault, two counts of criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was lodged at the state prison.

Underage drinking

• A man, 18, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. Friday near Riverside Drive on charges of underage drinking, sixth-degree drug misconduct and driving with a revoked license. He was lodged at the state prison.

• Three girls, 17, were cited on a charge of underage drinking at 1:30 a.m. Friday near West Ninth Street. They were released.

Thefts:

• A man, 44, was cited at 2 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of larceny near Willoughby Avenue. He was released.

• A man, 21, was cited at 2 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of larceny near Glacier Highway. He was released.

• A black Sony mini disc player was reported stolen at 10:20 p.m. Wednesday near Whittier Street.

• A man, 21, was arrested at midnight Wednesday near Douglas Highway on charges of assault and larceny. He was lodged at the state prison.

• DVDs and PlayStation games valued at $500 were reported stolen at 4:45 p.m. Thursday near Delta Drive.

• A boy, 16, was detained on a shoplifting charge at 5:30 p.m. Thursday near South Franklin Street. He was released to an adult.

• Theft of gas valued at $20 was reported at 11:30 p.m. Thursday near West 10th Street.

Vehicle accidents:

• At 10:30 a.m. Thursday on North Douglas Highway a 1988 Subaru driven by a man, 18, was struck by a 1991 Chevy truck driven by a man, 40. The Chevy driver was cited for failure to yield. Combined damage was $1,000.

Animal encounters:

• A vehicle struck a black bear at about 2 p.m. Wednesday near Glacier Highway and Engineer's Cutoff. The bear walked away. A bear was seen Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. near Dudley Street.

Vandalism:

• The back window on a Mercury Topaz was reported broken at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday near F Street.

• A bedroom window was reported broken at 2:45 p.m. Thursday near Ka-See-An Drive.

Other:

• A man, 26, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass at 11:40 p.m. Wednesday near South Franklin Street. He was lodged at the state prison.

• A man, 33, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. Thursday near South Franklin Street on a troopers warrant citing failure to appear in court. He was lodged at the state prison.

• A woman, 26, was arrested at 9 p.m. Thursday near Marine Way on a troopers warrant citing failure to comply with a court order. She was lodged at the state prison.

• A man, 23, was arrested at 10 p.m. Thursday near South Franklin Street on a police warrant citing failure to pay a fine. He was lodged at the state prison.

• A man, 38, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. Friday near Steep Place on a Sitka police warrant citing a probation violation. He was lodged at the state prison.
