Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Michael Garlinghouse, 50, was arrested for felony drunken driving at 4:58 p.m. Sunday near Third Street in Douglas. He was also charged with third-degree assault on a police officer and two counts of reckless endangerment. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• Olin Gullufsen, 31, was arrested for drunken driving at 10:30 p.m. Sunday near the 2400 block of Douglas Highway. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Minor consuming:

• A Juneau woman, 18, was cited and released at 12:57 a.m. Sunday near Marine Way for minor operating after consuming and minor consuming. Her vehicle was impounded.

Bear complaints:

• Two tiny bear cubs were seen on Glacier Highway at 2:05 p.m. Sunday near Glacier Gardens.

Vehicle accidents:

• A woman, 38, was cited for driving without a license at 3:40 p.m. Sunday near Glacier Highway after backing her 2002 maroon Chevrolet into a 1993 Ford Escort. The Ford sustained $2,000 in damage; the Chevy suffered $1,000.

• A man, 32, reported at 9:35 p.m. Sunday that his parked white 2000 Dodge was struck by an unknown vehicle near Whittier Street and scratched. Damage is estimated at $1,000.

• Two women, 31 and 19, were cited for careless driving after a three-vehicle accident at 5:46 p.m. Saturday near Douglas Highway. The 31-year-old drove her red 2000 Dodge into the 19-year-old's blue 2000 Ford Taurus, which veered into the path of a red 1992 Ford Escort. Total damage was at least $4,000.

• A woman, 20, reported at 3:06 a.m. Sunday that a 1993 Subaru hatchback struck a 1998 Toyota near Sixth Street and left the scene.

• A man, 20, reported at 10:06 a.m. Sunday near Thane Road that his parked 2003 black Ford F-350 was struck by a 1992 maroon Cadillac driven by a woman, 20. The truck sustained $2,000 in damage.

Theft:

• At 3:53 p.m. Sunday, a black wooden bear mask, inlaid with abalone and copper and autographed by the artist, was reported stolen from a South Franklin Street residence. The mask is worth $900.

• A woman, 38, reported at 5:00 p.m. Sunday near Stephen Richards Memorial Drive that $300 was stolen from her home sometime in the last few days.

• At 7:51 p.m. Sunday, a silver men's mountain bike was reported stolen near West Willoughby Avenue. The bike is worth $500.

• At 10:04 p.m. Sunday, a black men's mountain bike, worth $400, and a red and silver men's bike, worth $400, were reported stolen near Quartz Street.

• At 8:01 a.m. Monday, two red, six-gallon jugs, a large amount of halibut fishing equipment and three crab pots were reported stolen from near Valley Boulevard. The total estimated value is more than several thousand dollars.

• A man, 50, reported at 7:12 p.m. Saturday that a $130 Vector flashlight had been stolen from his boat in Harris Harbor.

• A Juneau woman, 53, was cited for shoplifting at 9:21 p.m. Friday near South Franklin Street.

• A man, 18, and a boy, 16, were arrested for criminal trespass at 8:07 a.m. Sunday near Behrends Avenue. Both were cited for minor consuming. The 18-year-old was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center, while the 16-year-old was released.

Trespassing:

• A Sitka man, 21, was arrested for criminal trespass at 5:31 a.m. Sunday near Front Street. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Found property:

• Around 6 p.m. Sunday, a brown checkbook, a gold Medic Alert bracelet, a 2004 Soapbox Derby participant medal and a small amount of cash were all found on Sandy Beach.

Weapons misconduct:

• A man, 29, was arrested for fifth and sixth-degree weapons misconduct at 10:38 p.m. Saturday near South Franklin Street.

Disorderly conduct:

• A Juneau woman, 18, was arrested for disorderly conduct and cited for minor consuming at 11:23 p.m. Saturday in the Marine Way parking garage. She was transported to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• A Juneau man, 24, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. Sunday near Front and Seward streets for disorderly conduct. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Domestic dispute:

• A woman, 46, was arrested for domestic violence assault at 11:25 p.m. Saturday near Gail Avenue. She was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• A man, 20, was arrested for domestic violence assault at 5:19 a.m. Sunday near Cinema Drive. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Assault:

• A Juneau man, 38, was arrested at 12:18 a.m. Sunday near Marine Park for fourth-degree assault, reckless endangerment and indecent exposure. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• A Juneau man, 37, was arrested for domestic violence assault at 1:20 a.m. Sunday near South Franklin Street. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• A man, 20, was arrested at 6:36 a.m. Sunday near Nowell Avenue in Douglas for city theft. He was also cited for minor consuming. The man was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
