Stigen and Richmond to wed

Jessica RayLee Stigen of Wrangell and Francis John Richmond IV of Petersburg will be married 4 p.m., July 30, 2005, aboard the yacht Kona Dream. A reception will follow the wedding at the Moose Lodge.

She is the daughter of Billie Jo Negman of Wrangell and Gary R. Stigen of Haines. She is a 2002 graduate of Wrangell High School.

He is the son of Francis J. Richmond III of Juneau and Barbara Luhr of Petersburg. He is a 2000 graduate of Petersburg High School.

The couple are expecting their first son in November and will make Juneau their home.
