Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Frederick L. Byrd, 53, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Dec. 26, 2006, incident in which his blood-alcohol was measured at .210 percent. Juneau District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 20 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Byrd $4,000 with $1,000 suspended, revoked his license for a year and put him on probation for three years.

• Saundra Turner, 24, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a June 3, 2007, incident in which her blood-alcohol was measured at .085 percent. Juneau Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr., imposed three days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Turner $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.

• Randall L. Clevenger, 40, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a June 26, 2007, incident in which his blood-alcohol was measured at .126 percent. Levy imposed six days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Clevenger $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Robert P. Allen, 21, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a June 27, 2007, incident in which his blood-alcohol was measured at .200 percent. Levy imposed three days in jail with 27 days suspended, fined Allen $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for one year.

• Leitasha Tanuvasa, 20, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a July 1, 2007, incident in which her blood-alcohol was measured at .132 percent. Levy imposed six days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Tanuvasa $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.
