Man dies after motorcycle crash

FAIRBANKS - A 37-year-old Fairbanks man has died of injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash.
Authorities say Thomas N. Favero II was heading west on Airport Way when he collided with a minivan driven by 59-year-old Anthony Buie of Fairbanks Sunday evening.
Buie, who was not injured, had been traveling south on Cowles Street through the Airport Way intersection.
Police say the motorcycle and the minivan collided within the intersection.
According to police, Favero was taken to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital with critical injuries. He was pronounced dead at 8:15 p.m.
