Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

• Franklin D. Wilson, 27, was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 1:27 a.m. Tuesday near Industrial Boulevard. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Vehicle accidents:

• A woman, 50, drove her 2003 Subaru into a parked 1987 Honda and a parked 1984 Subaru in an accident reported at 7:04 p.m. Monday near Fifth Street in Douglas. All three vehicles sustained $1,000 in damage.


• At 12:42 p.m. Monday, a man, 54, reported his six-string guitar and its black case were stolen near South Franklin Street.

• At 1:35 p.m. Monday, a man, 19, reported that a green Jeep Liberty left without paying for $10 of gas near Vintage Boulevard.

• A man, 19, was arrested for city larceny at 2:28 p.m. Monday near South Franklin Street. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• A man, 28, reported at 12:28 a.m. Tuesday that his blue BMX bicycle was stolen sometime between 7:30 and 10:30 p.m. Monday near Glacier Highway.

• A man, 52, reported at 9:36 a.m. Tuesday that a variety of construction equipment, worth $1,750, had been stolen near Cope Park.

• A man, 42, reported at 11:28 a.m. Monday that a long plastic garden border to a flower bed was stolen during the weekend near West Fourth Street.

• A woman, 51, reported at 11:41 a.m. Monday that a bright blue bicycle, worth $300, was stolen on June 30 or July 1 near Mendenhall Mall.


• A man, 57, reported at 1:11 p.m. Monday that a beer bottle was thrown at his green 1992 Ford Explorer near Douglas Highway. It broke the driver's side mirror, causing $500 in damage.

• A woman, 64, reported at 4:36 p.m. Monday that a portable toilet had been vandalized near Riverside Drive. The total damage was $850.

• A man, 56, reported tat 10:15 a.m. Monday that a 60-foot man lift was vandalized during the weekend near Sealaska Plaza. The damage was estimated at $200-$300.


• A man, 19, and a woman, 19, were cited for minor consuming at 5:31 a.m. Tuesday near F Street in Douglas.
