Juneau has a great Fourth of July parade

This time last year my wife and I enjoyed the best Fourth of July parade we have ever seen, the Juneau parade. This year we went to Park City, Utah, for their parade in the town that played host to the party-goers at the Winter Olympics.

For a town with a reputation as being somewhat "wild and unconventional," the Park City parade didn't even come close. In fact, for a small town parade, it was somewhat of a "downer." Congratulations to your town for "letting it all hang out." We must go again. Is that guy with the George Bush mask still carrying his sign that read "I think I served?" It was America at its best.
