Sound off on the important issues at

Alcohol violation:

• At 11:36 p.m. Friday, a 19-year-old man was cited and released on charges of being under 21 on a licensed premise and possession of a fraudulent ID card in the 200 block of Front Street.

Animal complaint:

• At 3:15 p.m. Thursday, a bear was reported in the 8600 block of Hayes Way.


• At 2:07 a.m. Saturday, a 43-year-old man was arrested on a charge of assault on Front Street. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was involved.

Drunken driving:

• At 1:50 a.m. Friday, Robert White, 24, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated. He was lodged at the state prison.


• At 4:20 p.m. Thursday, a garage door was reported struck by a vehicle in the 400 block of Judy Lane.

• At 12:26 p.m. Friday, a parked 2007 Dodge was reported struck in the 8700 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 12:44 p.m. Friday, a parked 2006 Toyota was reported struck in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive.

Lost property:

• At 12:40 p.m. Thursday, a woman reported losing a black and silver Nokia cell phone in the Juneau area.

• At 4:35 a.m. Friday, a small black leather purse was reported stolen on Glacier Highway.

Minor consuming:

• At 9:12 p.m. Friday, an 18-year-old man was cited on a charge of minor consuming on Hospital Drive.

• At 9:19 p.m. Friday, two 20-year-old men and one 19-year-old man were cited and released on charges of minor consuming on Third Street.


• At 3:01 p.m. Thursday, a woman reported the theft of 800 feet of ground line, two black crab pots and four silver king crab rings in the 2100 block of Radcliffe Road.

• At 11:48 p.m. Friday, the theft of $250 was reported in the 3000 block of Clinton Drive.

• At 12:48 p.m. Friday, a vending machine was reported stolen in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road.

• At 10:38 p.m. Friday, a man reported the theft of $400 and an X-Box 360 gaming device in the 1900 block of Lemon Creek Road.

• At 7:38 a.m. Saturday, a man reported the theft of a gray and black Dooney & Bourke containing credit cards and ID and a black iPod in the 1300 block of Belardi Drive.


• At 11:45 a.m. Friday, a window on a 1998 Pontiac was reported shattered on West Ninth Street.
