Court records show the following legal actions among those taken in Juneau Superior and District courts recently.

Judgments

• Kerri L. Twohig, 33, was found guilty of operating a watercraft or aircraft while intoxicated stemming from an incident on March 9. Juneau District Court Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. fined her $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, imposed 33 days in jail with 30 suspended, revoked her driver's license for 90 days, and placed her on probation for one year.

• Courtney J. Hewlett, 24, was found guilty of operating a watercraft or aircraft while intoxicated stemming from an incident on March 8. Juneau District Court Judge Peter B. Froehlich fined her $2,000 with $1,000 suspended, imposed 46 days in jail with 40 suspended, revoked her license for 30 days, and placed her on probation for two years.

• David Katzeek Jr., 22, was found guilty of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor stemming from an incident on Dec. 13, 2002. Juneau Superior Court Judge Patricia Collins sentenced him to four years in prison. A charge of first-degree sexual assault was dismissed.

• Eric Peterson, 24, was found guilty of two counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor stemming from an incident on Jan. 1, 2001. Collins sentenced him to eight years in jail with four years suspended, and placed him on probation for five years.

• Mickey D. Jones, 24, was found guilty of first-degree vehicle theft stemming from an incident on Nov. 24, 2002. Collins sentenced Jones to 33 months in prison and ordered Jones to pay $1,500 in restitution. Charges of felony driving under the influence and driving with a revoked license were dismissed.

• Victor Powell, 32, was found guilty of driving under the influence stemming from an incident on March 23. District Court Judge Kevin G. Miller fined him $8,000 with $4,000 suspended, imposed 120 days in jail with 60 suspended, revoked his driver's license for three years and placed him on probation for two years. Charges of refusing a breath test and driving with a revoked or suspended license were dismissed.

• Dolly C. Rivera, 38, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated stemming from an incident on April 10. Froehlich fined her $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, imposed 45 days in jail with 40 suspended, revoked her driver's license for 90 days, and placed her on probation for one year. A charge of refusing a breath test was dismissed.

• James M. Refuerzo III, 20, was found guilty of operating an aircraft or watercraft while intoxicated stemming from an incident on April 17. Froehlich fined him $1,500, imposed 35 days in jail with 32 suspended, revoked his driver's license for 90 days, and placed him on probation for one year.

• Yago A. Pitka Jr., 31, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated stemming from an incident on April 19. Froehlich fined Pitka $1,500, imposed 46 days in jail with 40 suspended, revoked his driver's license for 90 days, and placed Pitka on probation for one year. A charge of reckless endangerment was dismissed.

• Jeremy B. Willard, 25, was found guilty of misdemeanor assault stemming from an incident on May 28. Froehlich fined him $1,000 with $750 suspended, imposed 120 days in jail with 60 suspended, and placed him on probation for two years. A charge of criminal mischief was dismissed.

• Garth W. Rogers, 39, was found guilty of felony driving while intoxicated stemming from an incident on Jan. 16. Collins fined him $10,000 with $5,000 suspended, sentenced him to two years in jail with one suspended, revoked his driver's license for life, and placed him on probation for three years. A charge of sixth-degree drug misconduct was dismissed.

• Garth W. Rogers, 39, was found guilty of felony driving while intoxicated stemming from an incident on Feb. 28. Collins fined him $10,000 with all suspended, sentenced him to two years in jail with one suspended, revoked his driver's license for life, and placed him on probation for three years. A charge of sixth-degree drug misconduct was dismissed.

Indictments

• Christy L. Erickson, 19, was indicted by a grand jury on a count of second-degree theft stemming from an incident on June 6.

• Scott A. Thistle, 38, was indicted by a grand jury on a count of first-degree failure to register as a sex offender stemming from an incident on March 1.

• Florence A. Wright, 28, was indicted by a grand jury on six counts of second-degree forgery and six counts of third-degree theft stemming from incidents on May 16, 23, 26 and 27.

• Michael Roberts, 35, was indicted by a grand jury on five counts of third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance stemming from incidents on May 6 and 15, 2002, and between December 2001 and June 2002.

• Jeremy L. Karl, 30, was indicted by a grand jury on a count of third-degree assault stemming from an incident on May 20.

• Paul F. Stock, 32, was indicted by a grand jury on one count of felony driving while intoxicated and one count of felony refusing a breath test.

• David J. Milton, 21, was indicted by a grand jury on one count of first-degree vehicle theft, one count of driving while intoxicated, and one count of refusing a breath test stemming from an incident on May 25.

• Trevor B. Prather, 20, was indicted by a grand jury on one count of third-degree weapons misconduct stemming from an incident on June 5.

• Frederick J. Anderson Jr., 35, was indicted by a grand jury on one count of felony driving while intoxicated stemming from an incident on June 4.

• Eric K. Boone, 39, was indicted by a grand jury on one count of third-degree assault stemming from an incident on June 8.
