Mabel A. Pittman and Jack C. Tullis, both of Juneau, were married in a ceremony on July 7, 2007, at the Salvation Army Church. The reception immediately followed at Sandy Beach in Douglas.

The bride is the daughter of Tom L. Pittman of Juneau and Loretta J. Pittman, of Angoon. A 1988 graduate of Angoon High School and former student at the University of Alaska Southeast, she is the executive director's assistant for Healing Hand Foundation.
The groom is the son of late Jack and Catherine Tullis, both of Iowa. His adopted Tlingit mother is Flora Nelson-Huntington, of Juneau. With an extensive background in cooking, he has worked for Alaska Travel Adventures for four consecutive years.
Plans for the honeymoon will be in the near future. The couple makes their home in Juneau.
