Small quake reported in Southcentral

ANCHORAGE - The Alaska Earthquake Information Center reported a minor earthquake Thursday in Cook Inlet.

Eagle River residents reported feeling the magnitude 3.3 temblor in the morning.

Center scientists estimated it was located at a depth of about 23 miles. They haven't received any reports of damage from the quake.

On Wednesday, the center said that a small earthquake was felt in Willow.

This earthquake had a preliminary magnitude of 2.1 and was close to the ground surface.

The center didn't receive any reports of damage.
