Juneau Fourth of July parade celebration thanks

Not just a committee thing, but a community thing. Without parade participants, what's a parade? Without the spectators, what's the point? So, to the spectators, we applaud you!
In spite of the rain, it certainly didn't dampen enthusiasm at all. What a community we live in! The excitement was enthralling. Effervescence was not on the wane from our vantage point!
