Parade woes

I a

lso want to register my complaint about the length and pace of the Fourth of July parade. The stopping and starting was grueling. We were there with our 86-year-old father, who finally had to give up and get in the car. I also was upset when a parade marshal on a scooter seemed to run off an elderly Native man, well-dressed in a suit and Chilkat blanket, who was marching near the front. And, if businesses can't think of anything more creative than to post their name on the side of a car (I don't care if it is a Ferrari) and then be in the parade, they shouldn't be there. We watched seemingly countless business vehicles go by (boring) before the fine Filipino Community group passed. Please reorganize!
