The tourist industry has no qualms about dumping their waste in Southeast waters. Sooner or later, our fish and wildlife will be diseased. Is this what we want to happen to our waters?
Jets thunder down Gastineau Channel at 3:30 and 6:30 in the morning. That's OK, at least for now. A tiny little floatplane flies to Taku Lodge at high noon on Saturday. That's not OK if there are tourists aboard. What's next for the ``Let's Take Over Juneau Coalition?''

In response to the caller who wants to prohibit dogs at Sandy Beach, I as walking my dog at the beach this morning and saw a bird defecate on the beach. I guess we should prohibit birds, deer and bears as well.
I recycle most everything. Where do you recycle plastics? Not plastic bags but plastic bottles and containers.
