Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts and Hoonah District Court:

Divorces and Dissolutions filed recently:

Indictments:

• Robert L Harris Jr., 31, was indicted by a grand jury on one count of first-degree assault and two counts of second-degree assault, stemming from allegations that he caused serious brain injury and broken ribs to a child born on July 1, 2003, on or before Oct. 13, 2003.

• Shannon M. Renton, 22, was indicted by a grand jury on a charge of first-degree endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree assault, stemming from allegations that she left a child, born on July 1, 2003, in the care of Harris on or before Nov. 7, 2003.

• David A White, 46, was indicted by a grand jury on one count of second-degree weapons misconduct, one count of third-degree assault and three counts of reckless endangerment, stemming from a July 2 incident.

• Scott P. Adams, 30, was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of drunken driving and a misdemeanor charge of driving while his license was suspended, canceled or revoked, stemming from a July 2 incident.

• Michael Garlinghous, 50, was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of third-degree assault, and misdemeanor charges of drunken driving, driving while his license was suspended, canceled or revoked and two counts of reckless endangerment, stemming from a July 4 incident.

• Barry T. Brokken, 42, was indicted by a grand jury on a charge of third-degree assault, stemming from a June 24 incident.

• Justin T. Brokken, 18, was indicted by a grand jury on a charge of third-degree assault, stemming from a June 24 incident.

Judgments:

• Jamie D. Olson, 28, was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol, stemming from a Feb. 14 incident where police measured Olson's blood-alcohol content at .175 percent. Juneau District Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended and a $3,000 fine with $1,500 suspended. He also revoked Olson's license for 90 days and placed Olson on probation for two years. Prosecutors dismissed a reckless endangerment charge. Olson also was found guilty of larceny, stemming from an April 7 incident. Sivertsen imposed 30 days in jail, all suspended, and a $350 fine, all suspended. For violating conditions of pretrial release on April 7, Sivertsen imposed 30 days in jail with 20 days suspended, a $500 fine with $250 suspended and 40 hours of community service, as a condition of two years of probation.
