Joy Elizabeth Doogan of Juneau and Richard Alan Sheridan of Eugene, Ore., will be married in a ceremony planned for 6 p.m. July 21 at Glacier Gardens.
Friends and relatives are invited to the wedding and to the reception that follows at 7 p.m. at Glacier Gardens.
The bride-elect is the daughter of John and Delores Doogan. She is a graduate of Juneau-Douglas High School and is currently employed as an administrative clerk with the State of Alaska.
The groom-elect is the son of Ed and Diana Sheridan. He is a graduate of South Eugene High School and is employed as a Webmaster and account manager for Databank Computer and Educational Services.
Matron of honor will be Clara Harris. Flower girls will be Hayley Harrington and Hannah Harrington, and the bridesmaid Andrea Hamilton.
Best man will be Jesse Hay, and the groomsman Barry Bunnell. Ushers will be Cat Metz and Jimmy Medford, and the ring bearer Corbin Mahnke.
The couple will honeymoon on Bainbridge Island in Washington and make their home in Juneau.
