Crew members of SAGA's Young Alaskans Building Affordable Housing raise a wall Wednesday for one of 25 houses being built in the Tlingit-Haida Regional Housing Authority's new Ha'anee' Hittee subdivision. Construction of the first 25 of 50 single-family homes is expected to be complete by April 2003. THRHA supplied YABAH with materials and land to build one of the houses. Construction is being financed through the IRS's low-income housing tax credit program, Wells Fargo Bank, U.S. Housing and Urban Development and the Alaska Home Finance Corp.
