Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
A woman reported at 7:45 a.m. Wednesday from North Douglas Highway that a tire and rim were stolen from her vehicle Tuesday night.
A tourist from Vermont reported at 10 a.m. Wednesday from the Mendenhall Campground the theft of a cell phone, 20 CDs, two pairs of binoculars, a camera, knife, and a set of two-way radios from her unlocked vehicle.
A woman reported at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday from Wren Drive that her briefcase and wallet were stolen from her unlocked vehicle. The items were later found in the woods, but $40 in cash was missing.
A man reported at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday from Riverwood Drive the theft of a 3-by-5-foot American flag from in front of his house Tuesday night.
Police received a report at 1:45 p.m. Wednesday from Glacier Highway of the theft of a black bifold wallet and the use of credit cards that were in the wallet.
A boy, 17, was cited at 12:30 a.m. today at the skate park for underage drinking, tobacco possession and littering. He was released to a parent.
A man, 18, was cited at 12:45 a.m. today near Rivercourt Way for underage drinking, underage driving after drinking, and driving without a valid license. He was released and the vehicle was impounded.
A woman, 19, was cited at 3:15 a.m. today on North Douglas Highway for underage drinking, underage driving after drinking, and driving with a suspended license. She was released, and the vehicle was impounded.
A girl, 15, was cited at 6 a.m. today near Glacier Highway for underage drinking and was released to a parent.
Bears were reported at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday on the UAS campus, at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday near Steep Place, at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday near Sleepy Court, at 2:40 a.m. today near Taku Boulevard, at 3 a.m. today near Duran Street and at 5 a.m. today near Skywood Lane.
A woman, 38, was cited at noon Wednesday near Capital Avenue for driving with a suspended license and released.
A man, 22, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. Wednesday near Fourth Street on an outstanding Juneau state troopers warrant for failure to comply with conditions of release. He was also charged with sixth-degree drug misconduct and furnishing alcohol to a minor. A man, 20, was cited for underage drinking. The 22-year-old was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
