Capital City Fish-On Duatholon, 3 mile run, 10 mile bike, 3 mile run. Begins at 9 a.m., False Outer Point. Pre-register at either JRC location or Foggy Mountain. Cost is $7, or $10 day of the race. Bike helmets mandatory. Call Layne at 789-7549 for more information.
