Juneau police and fire officials and state police reported:
Assault:
At about 10:45 p.m. Saturday, an assault was reported at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Charges are pending against a 22-year-old prisoner, who police said hit a 22-year-old man in the face, causing his head to hit a metal bracket. The victim received medical attention for a laceration to his head.
Disturbance:
At about 9:40 p.m. Saturday, an investigation continued on a report of an assault on Glacier Highway.
At about 3 a.m. Sunday, police received a report of three people fighting on Abby Way. Alcohol was involved.
Driving without a license:
At about 3:50 p.m. Saturday, a 38-year-old man was cited on a charge of driving without a license in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. The vehicle was impounded.
Drunken driving:
At about 2:20 a.m. Sunday, Wesley Duncan, 30, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and four counts of reckless endangerment. He was lodged at the state prison and the vehicle was impounded.
Minor consuming:
At about 1 a.m. Sunday, a 20-year-old man, a 20-year-old woman and a 19-year-old woman were each cited on a charge of minor consuming in Sealaska Plaza.
Motor vehicle crash:
At about 2:20 a.m. Sunday, a 1994 Ford was impounded after it was involved in a crash but found unoccupied on Egan Drive. An investigation continues.
Theft:
At about 12:40 p.m. Saturday, two DVDs were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 8200 block of Garnet Street.
At about 3:25 p.m. Saturday, a camera worth $100 was reported stolen sometime since July 8 from a residence in the 3600 block of Amalga Street.
At about 2:30 p.m. Saturday, an owner's manual was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 9000 block of Lupine Lane.
At about 4:20 p.m. Saturday, a 41-year-old woman reported the theft of a wallet worth $150 containing $300 in cash and identification cards. It was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 1100 block of Glacier Avenue.
At about 9:35 a.m. Sunday, a 50-year-old man reported the theft of a drum set cymbal in the 200 block of Franklin Street.
Trespassing:
At about 2:20 p.m. Saturday, a vehicle trespass was reported on a 1993 Toyota in the 8500 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.
At about 2:45 a.m. Sunday, two vehicles were rifled in the 8400 block of Decoy Boulevard.
At about 7 a.m. Sunday, police responded to a report of vehicle trespass in the 200 block of Franklin Street. The subject left on request.
At about 11 a.m. Sunday, a 44-year-old woman reported her Subaru rifled through in the 9300 block of Lee Smith Drive.
At about 11:35 a.m. Sunday, a 56-year-old woman reported her Ford rifled through in the 1800 block of Mark Alan Street.
Vandalism:
At about 9:50 p.m. Saturday, a 55-year-old woman reported that her vehicle was egged in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.
At about 9:40 p.m. Saturday, a 31-year-old man was cited on a charge of criminal mischief in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive. Alcohol was involved.
Wildlife:
On Saturday, five Juneau men were each cited on a charge of using a weighted hook in the fresh water of Fish Creek. Bail for each of them was set at $110.
