Juneau-Douglas High School cross-country running
First practice is 3 p.m. July 31 at the Marie Drake gym. All students need physicals either from their own doctor or by showing up at Juneau-Douglas High School commons at 3 p.m. July 26. The Crimson Bears will travel by ferry to Haines and Skagway Aug. 4-5 for training runs with those teams.
