Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while Intoxicated:

• Tracy Day, 26, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Saturday near Glacier Highway for drunken driving and refusing a breath test. Day was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Assaults:

• A man, 40, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Friday near Village Street for two counts of assault and one of resisting arrest. He was lodged at the state prison.

Thefts:

• At 10 a.m. Friday from Glacier Highway a woman reported the theft of a Game Boy.

• At 10:20 a.m. Friday from Forest Lane a woman reported that 16 CDs were stolen from her unlocked GMC Jimmy.

• At 10:30 a.m. Friday from Ladysmith Lane a man reported the theft of a CD player, 25 CDs and mini CD player from his locked vehicle.

• At 3 p.m. Friday from Fifth Street in Douglas a woman reported that a purse containing a handheld computer, bank cards and cash was stolen from her unlocked vehicle.

• At 1 a.m. Saturday from Glacier Highway a woman reported the theft of her purse.

• At 1:15 a.m. Saturday from Glacier Highway a person reported the theft of a black leather purse from an unlocked vehicle.

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

• At 9:30 a.m. Friday from Second Street in Douglas a woman reported that the console of her unlocked Toyota Camry was damaged in an apparent attempt to remove the stereo.

• At 9:45 a.m. Friday from Whittier Street a woman reported vandalism to the hood of her parked vehicle.

• At 2 p.m. Friday from Gee Street a woman reported that her vehicle was rifled.

Hit-and-run incidents:

• At 8 p.m. Friday from Glacier Highway a boy reported a hit-and-run to a 1984 Chevy Camero while it was parked.

• At 11:50 p.m. Friday from Glacier Highway a woman reported that her parked Chevy Caprice was hit by an unknown vehicle, causing significant damage.

Animal encounters:

• At 6 p.m. Friday from Stephen Richards Drive a person reported a bag of garbage dragged into a yard by a bear a few days previously. The incident was forwarded to the litter officer.

• At 2 p.m. Friday from Erin Street police received report of an ongoing problem with improperly stored garbage and with bears in the area. The incident was forwarded to the litter officer.

Other:

• A man, 40, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. Friday near Churchill Way on an outstanding Juneau troopers warrant for failure to appeal in court.

• A boy, 17, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. Friday near Glacier Highway on an outstanding troopers warrant for failure to complete court-ordered programs. He was lodged at Johnson Youth Center.

• A woman, 22, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. Friday near Postal Way for making a false report to officers. She was lodged at the state prison.

• A woman, 38, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. Saturday near South Franklin Street on an outstanding troopers warrant for failure to appear in court. She was lodged at the state prison.

Alcohol-related calls: 3.
