The Juneau Midnight Suns Under-10 softball team captured the Southeast Alaska Junior Olympic Softball tournament on Sunday in Ketchikan.
The Suns defeated Ketchikan 12-6 for the championship on Sunday.
Savanna Schauwecker, Randi Held and Ashley Boucher combined for four strikeouts for the Suns.

Defensively, Carissa Anderson and Schauwecker snagged a pair of fly balls to prevent Ketchikan from scoring multiple runs.
Kymberlee Kelly led the Suns' bats with two singles while Boucher doubled, Held hit a single and Heather Alducin drove in a run.
Juneau opened play with an 8-6 win. Gracie Meiners earned the pitching win with five strikeouts while Held added two strikeouts.
Megan Punongbayan and Held each doubled and Anderson tripled in the win.
Schauwecker and Boucher combined for seven strikeouts in the second game on Saturday, winning 11-6.
Brittney Browne singled and tripled in the win while Held smacked two singles.
Schauwecker hit a double while Meiners, Punongbayan, Anderson and Bailey Davenport all singled for the Suns.
