Dipnetters work a bank Tuesday near the mouth of the Kenai River. The annual subsistence red salmon harvest brings Alaskans from all over the state to net their limit, with some in boats and others fishing from the beach. Each head of household is allowed 25 fish, as well as 10 for each family member.
