Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

• Aaron Overton, 21, was cited for drunken driving and released at 10:46 p.m. Saturday on Glacier Highway.


• A woman, 39, was arrested for domestic violence assault at 4:44 a.m. Sunday at the Alaskan Hotel. She was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.


• A man, 62, reported at 10:54 a.m. Saturday that his unlocked vehicle on Hospital Drive was entered sometime overnight. A CD player, $236 cash, knives and other miscellaneous items were taken. The stolen property is valued at more than $700.

• A man, 35, reported at 10:58 p.m. Saturday that a white X Games bicycle was stolen from his front yard on Tongass Boulevard about five days ago.

• A woman, 49, reported at 10:12 a.m. Sunday that a Nokia 5160 cell phone with a turquoise face plate had been stolen somewhere in the Juneau area.

• A man, 52, reported at 1:18 p.m. Sunday that his bicycle was stolen Saturday night from South Franklin Street. The bicycle is a black Lotus with red spots showing through the black paint. Foam is duct taped to the seat with white plastic bags. The bike has black fenders, grip bars and a green bag.

• A woman, 36, reported at 12:11 a.m. today that her maroon 1991 Nissan Sentra was stolen from her apartment complex parking lot on Renninger Street in Lemon Creek. The vehicle was returned.

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

• Police received a report of damage to the handrails of a footbridge on Jordan Avenue at 9:08 a.m. Saturday.

• A woman reported at 1:32 p.m. Saturday that a piece of her wooden fence and post on Tongass Boulevard were vandalized and knocked down sometime during the night.

Vehicle accidents:

• At 7:23 p.m. Sunday, a green 1995 Ford struck debris on Glacier Highway that had fallen from another vehicle. The driver whose vehicle dropped the debris was cited for unsecured load. The vehicles suffered $500 damage.

Animal encounters:

• Bears were reported on Saturday at 10:11 a.m. on Stephen Richards Memorial Drive, at 5:39 p.m. on Northwood Drive, at 6:29 p.m. on Churchill Way and at 9:52 p.m. on Great Western Street. On Sunday, a bear was reported at 7:44 p.m. on Dudley Street.


• A man, 51, was cited for disorderly conduct and released at 8:44 p.m. on Egan Drive near downtown.
