Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:


• A man, 25, was arrested at 5:15 a.m. Wednesday downtown on a charge of domestic-violence assault. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.


• A woman reported at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday near Willoughby Avenue that a tip jar of change was stolen from the counter of a business.

• A woman reported at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday near Glacier Avenue that her blue and flower-patterned wallet was stolen. It held about $70, prescriptions and cards.

• A man reported at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday near Radcliffe Road the theft of a seahook anchor, 500 feet of rope, a 20-foot hot dip chain, an anchor lift system and a buoy. The combined value was $500.

• A man reported at 10 a.m. Wednesday near Miner Court that a black Huffy men's bike, worth $90, was stolen.

Vehicle accidents:

• A woman, 62, driving a 1993 Eagle Summit, was cited for failing to yield at about 4 p.m. Tuesday near Glacier Highway. Her vehicle, with $4,000 damage, was struck by a 1988 Chevy truck, with $400 damage, driven by a man, 18.

Animal reports:

• A woman reported at 11:20 p.m. Tuesday near Kanat'a Street that a large black bear overturned a metal garbage containment system.
