Fair is fair

The Juneau Empire is replete with announcements of pony rides to benefit the 4H. Do they have or need a commercial vehicle license?

Previously, the Juneau Rotary Club sponsored free rides on Heavy Equipment Day. Were they properly licensed?

For years, Jack Tripp had an older car with a sign saying "free rides" parked in front of his jewelry store. Was that a licensed commercial vehicle too?

If the answer to any of these questions is "no," then it would seem that the city has a different standard for rickshaws.

Could Doug legally give rides in exchange for donations to the Glory Hole?
