Juneau police and fire officials and state police reported:

Sound off on the important issues at


• At about 7:42 a.m. Thursday a 26-year-old man was arrested on a charge of assault in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was involved.

• At about 2:29 a.m. Saturday a 31-year-old man was arrested on two counts of domestic assault on Tongass Boulevard. Alcohol was involved. He was lodged at the state prison.

Drunken driving:

• At about 1:16 a.m. Saturday John Smith, 38, was arrested on a charge of drunken driving on Egan Drive. He was lodged at the state prison.

• At about 2:45 a.m. Saturday a 17-year-old boy was arrested on a charge of being a minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol, and driving unlicensed. He was later released.

Minor consuming:

• At about 12:03 a.m. Saturday two 20-year-old men were cited for underage drinking in the 2200 block of Radcliffe Road.


• At about 3:50 p.m. Thursday a 24-year-old man reported $2,200 worth of climbing equipment from his unlocked jeep.


• At about 3:54 p.m. Friday a 75-year-old man reported his 1997 Subaru was struck on Franklin Street.
