Juneau police and fire officials reported:


• At 2:17 a.m. Tuesday, a 35-year-old man was arrested for assault in the 5800 block of North Street. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.


• At 2:10 p.m. Monday, a 76-year-old woman reported the door to a business was damaged and money stolen in the 200 block of Franklin Street.

• At 8:16 p.m., a 40-year-old woman reported the theft of a jar of change from her residence in the 8200 block of Garnet Street.

Criminal Mischief

• At 8:06 p.m. Monday, a 23-year-old man was arrested for criminal mischief in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. He was taken to the state prison.

Failure to Appear

• At 7:36 p.m. Monday, a 20-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant on Egan Drive.

Motor Vehicle Crash

• At 7:26 a.m. Tuesday, an 18-year-old woman reported her parked car had been struck in the 2200 block of Trout Street.

Outstanding Warrant

• At 3:37 p.m. Monday, a 37-year-old woman was arrested on two outstanding warrants in the 2700 block of Sherwood Lane.

Parking Violation

• At 8:07 a.m. Tuesday, a vehicle was impounded for a parking violation in the 500 block of Park Street.


• At 5:14 p.m. Monday, a 23-year-old woman reported the theft of 2 X-Box 360 game consoles, valued at $500, in the 5300 block of Commercial Boulevard.

• At 7:19 p.m. Monday, a woman reported her purse and passport stolen in the 5200 block of Commercial Boulevard.

• At 8:33 p.m. Monday, a woman reported her mountain bike had been stolen in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 10:50 p.m. Monday, a 26-year-old woman reported a window had been smashed on her van and CDs had been stolen from the van in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall road. The estimate of damage and stolen goods was $554.

• At 8:01 a.m. Tuesday, a 56-year-old woman reported her mountain bike, valued at $500, was stolen in the 3000 block of Douglas Highway.


• At 12:20 p.m. Monday, a 28-year-old man and a 49-year-old woman both reported the stem valves to the tires of their vehicles had been cut in the 19600 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 10:21 a.m. Tuesday, a 37-year-old man reported vandalism to a building door in the 5400 block of Jenkins Drive.
