Former Juneau resident Louise Patricia "Pete" McCue died July 20, 2002, in Charleston, S.C.
She was born Oct. 3, 1926, to Jennie Venette Repp Poole and John William Poole, near Clearspring, Md. She spent her summers in Juneau for the past 27 years. She was a registered nurse for more than 30 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Earl McCue; brothers Robert, Alfred and Elmer Poole; and sisters Dorotha Faust and Vera Toston.
She is survived by brother Woodrow Poole of Clearspring, Md.; son George C. McCue and his wife Patti of Tupelo, Miss.; daughter Karen M. Paulick and her husband Bill of Juneau; and granddaughter Kristina Paulick.
The funeral will be private.
