Juneau West completed pool play Sunday in the Alaska District 2 Little League Major Baseball Tournament with an undefeated record in Petersburg.

Juneau West (6-0) routed Sitka 17-4 on Sunday to seal a top-seed in today's semifinal round. The undefeated squad has defeated its opponents by an average of 11 runs per game.
Juneau West will face No. 4 Sitka (4-2) at 3 p.m. today in the semifinal round.
Also on Sunday, Juneau East (4-2) fell to Ketchikan (4-2) 6-4 in its final pool game Sunday.
The loss didn't hurt Juneau East, who was assured a semifinal spot before the game.
"We had to save pitching, so pitched a pitcher an inning to set up for the championship games," Juneau East manager Mark Millay said. "The kids knew that going into it. For this game, we have to play for the next game. Once we get to the championship round we have to win or be sent home."
Juneau East got hits from throughout its lineup in the loss.
Patrick Millay drove in two runs and got a hit while Andrew White, Kurt Vandor, Chatham Miller, Jack Grummett, Gary Speck and Demetrius Campos all got hits for Juneau East.
Juneau East will take on Ketchikan again at 6 p.m. today in the semifinal round.
The championship final is scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday in Petersburg.
