Jonathan Winchester admires one of 16 new condos during a opening party held Friday by the Tlingit-Haida Regional Housing Authority. Eight of the units are handicapped-accessible. The two- and three-bedroom homes are on Valley Boulevard and mark the completion of phase III at the Glacier Village Subdivision. Winchester is an applicant for one of the new units.
