Reports from police, fire officials and state troopers:

Fraud:

• At about 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, a woman reported a counterfeit $50 bill in the 2200 block of Trout Street.

Theft:

• At about 8:35 a.m. Wednesday, a woman reported the theft of birth certificates and Social Security cards from a Plymouth Neon in the 9000 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive.

• At about 10:25 a.m. Wednesday, a man reported the theft of a dog in the 7700 block of Glacier Highway.

Traffic accident:

• At about 1:35 p.m. Tuesday, a 28-year-old woman was cited on a charge of failure to exercise due care and failure to provide proof of insurance after a two-car accident on Glacier Highway. Her Ford struck a red Mercury Tracer, causing $4,500 in damage to the Mercury and none to the Ford.

Vandalism:

• At about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, a woman reported three tires were slashed on two company vehicles in the 3000 block of Clinton Drive.

Weapons call:

• At about 4:05 a.m. Wednesday, police in the 3200 block of Hospital Drive received a report of a 17-year-old child who was accidentally shot with a BB gun. Additional information was not immediately available.
