A bigger problem

I would like to reply to part of Bud Curtis' good letter yesterday about the cruise ship pollution. Because I live off of South Franklin, I see one big cause for the pollution that doesn't seem to be recognized very often. When the big ships are in, the vehicle traffic increases radically.

The cruise ships are so big that the vehicular pollution gets trapped between them and the mountain.

From my observation at ground zero, that seems to be a bigger problem than the cruise ships themselves.
