Meilani Alanna Clark of Juneau and Alexander Henricus Cornelis Schijuens of Valkenswaard, The Netherlands, will be married July 27 in Gustavus.
Friends and relatives of the couple are invited to a Juneau potluck reception at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 30, at Sandy Beach.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Susan and James Clark. She is a graduate of JDHS, Colby College, and University of Oregon, and is currently employed as a community planner for Southeast Conference.
The groom-elect is the son of Thea and Cor Schijuens-van de Kerkhof. He is a graduate of Hogeschool Eindhoven and is employed as a project manager for Westmann & Associates.
The best woman will be Lena Laakso. Bridesmaids will be Jill Allen, Kirsten Shelton and Moira Smith. Jocelyn Clark will be the flower girl. The best man will be Sander Willems. Groomsmen will be Marco Buunen, Eric Buunen and Ivo van Kessel. Jaden Sierra will be ring bearer.
The couple will spend their honeymoon in the Cook Islands and make their home in Juneau.
