Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Marieke Cormier, 30, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 10 incident in which her blood-alcohol was measured at .175 percent. Levy imposed 6 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Cormier $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.
Linda A. Hollinbeck, 64, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a April 15 incident in which her blood-alcohol was measured at .121 percent. Juneau Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr., imposed three days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Hollinbeck $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.
Trent Hudson, 26, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a June 4 incident in which his blood-alcohol was measured at .117 percent. Levy imposed six days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Hudson $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
Jason E. Million, 28, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a July 13 incident in which his blood-alcohol was measured at .141 percent. Levy imposed three days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Million $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
