At 5:20 a.m. Sunday a woman reported a purse stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Sunset Street.
A woman, 18, was arrested at 2 a.m. today near Glacier Highway for larceny and lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
A woman, 22, was arrested at 3:15 a.m. today near Trout Street for larceny and lodged at state prison.
A man, 20, was cited for underage drinking at 2 a.m. Sunday near Glacier Avenue and Ross Way.
Two 18-year-old men and a boy, 15, were cited for underage drinking at 1 a.m. today near Egan Drive and released. A boy, 16, was cited in the same incident for driving without a license and released.
A man, 23, was cited for driving without a valid license after losing control of his vehicle and leaving the roadway about 3 p.m. Saturday on Egan Drive.
A girl, 15, riding a bike was struck by a vehicle about 4 p.m. Saturday in the Mendenhall Mall parking lot, but didn't require medical attention.
A Mazda, driven by a man, 22, struck the rear of a Honda driven by a man, 36, about 5:30 p.m. Saturday on Glacier Highway. The Mazda had $500 damage, the Honda $1,000 damage.
A man, 41, was cited for careless driving after his Ford struck a Jeep driven by a man, 20, about 11:15 a.m. Sunday near Glacier Avenue. The Ford had $2,000 damage, the Jeep had $1,000 damage.
Bears were reported at 10:30 a.m. Saturday near Slim Williams Way, 12:15 p.m. near Hermit Street, 12:20 p.m. near Irwin Street, 12:40 p.m. near 12th and D streets, 12:40 p.m. near Mendenhall Loop Road, 1:30 p.m. near 11th Street, 4 p.m. near Lemon Street, 9:30 p.m. near Steep Place, 10 p.m. near Steep Place, 10:45 p.m. near Lund Street, 6:30 a.m. Sunday near Nowell Avenue, 1 p.m. near Distin Avenue, 6 p.m. near David Street, 6:25 p.m. near the Alderwood Apartments, 6:35 p.m. near Douglas Highway, 9:45 p.m. and 10:20 p.m. near Columbia Boulevard, 11:25 p.m. near Harbor Way, 11:40 p.m. near Kanat'a Street, 11:45 p.m. near Columbia Boulevard, and 5:30 a.m. today near David Street.
A boy, 16, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. today near Vintage Drive on an outstanding Juneau police warrant for failure to appear at court. He was taken to Johnson Youth Center.
Capital City Fire & Rescue responded to a fire on a tourist's trolley car at 10:10 a.m. Sunday near Marine Park. Firefighters battled the fire in the engine of the Juneau Trolley Co. vehicle for nearly 40 minutes. The driver was the only person on board before the fire. No injuries were reported. The trolley sustained minor smoke and heat damage.
