Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Disorderly conduct:

• Police arrested a man, 35, on a charge of disorderly conduct at 7:31 a.m. Saturday on Marine Way downtown. They lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.


• Police cited a boy, 17, on a shoplifting charge at 1:36 p.m. Thursday in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.

• A cellular telephone was reported stolen at 8:45 a.m. Friday in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive near the airport.

• Nine rings, valued at about $6,000, were reported stolen at 11:32 a.m. Friday from a home in the 4400 block of Wood Duck Avenue in the Mendenhall Valley.

• A lime green wallet was reported stolen at 2:50 p.m. Friday near Egan Drive downtown.

Vehicle burglaries:

• At 7:47 p.m. Thursday an unlocked 1997 Dodge truck was reported broken into in the 5900 block of Churchill Way in the Lemon Creek area. Nothing was reported stolen.

• At 3:09 p.m. Friday, a 1981 Mercedes was reported broken into in the 3300 block of Foster Avenue in the Douglas area. No information was available about anything that could have been stolen.


• At 8:48 a.m. Saturday, the restroom at the Skater's Cabin shelter was reported vandalized

Vehicle accidents:

• Damage was estimated at $4,800 among four vehicles in an accident at 12:24 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of Marine Way. A Dodge van, driven by a man, 56, reportedly hit a 2005 Ford Taurus, a 1986 BMW and a 1998 Mercury Tracer.

Animal complaints:

• A bear was reported getting into garbage at 10:29 p.m. Thursday on a porch in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway in the Lemon Creek area. A bear also was reported in at 11:36 p.m. Friday in a yard in the 9300 block of Turn Street in the Valley.
