Todd Palin to host former first spouses

JUNEAU - First gentleman Todd Palin will host a reception for other first spouses to occupy the Governor's Mansion in Juneau.

Expected to attend Saturday's reception are former first ladies Neva Egan, Ermalee Hickel, Bella Hammond, Susan Knowles and Nancy Murkowski. Gov. Sarah Palin will also be on hand, as will some children of former governors who lived in the mansion and former residence managers.

Todd Palin said it will be an honor to host the families who have been part of so much of Alaska's history.
