Organization description: The American Red Cross is a humanitarian organization led by volunteers and guided by its Congressional Charter and the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Movement. We provide relief to victims of disasters and help people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies.

Volunteer positions available:

Health and Safety CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor

Teach CPR/AED and First Aid skills in your community! Take our instructor class August 13-16 and learn how to teach these life-saving skills to family, neighbors and friends.

Disaster Volunteer

Receive training in how to respond to both local and national disasters. Be involved in the crucial comfort and concern for the immediate needs of victims of disaster in your community and prepare for an opportunity to provide that assistance in other areas should the need arise. Training will begin this fall.

We have an on-going need for volunteers, check with our office for specific training dates.
