Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Tonya Freeman, 25, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a March 18, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .216 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 43 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Freeman $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.

• Mark A Knott, 37, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an April 10, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .176 percent. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 35 days suspended, fined Knott $5,000 with $2,000 suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for two years.

• Luis Rivera-Berrios, 45, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a May 17, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .107 percent. Superior Court Judge Patricia A. Collins imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Rivera-Berrios $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• John Lee, 21, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a July 25, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .099 percent. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Lee $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• William Quick, 49, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a July 25, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .130 percent. Levy imposed 43 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Quick $1,500 with none suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for one year.
