Lise Sikes

Juneau resident Lise Sikes, 49, died Aug. 2, 2004, in Juneau.

She was born Oct. 6, 1954, in Newburgh, N.Y. She grew up in Fishkill, N.Y., and graduated from Montana State University in Bozeman, Mont., in 1976. She married Steven Sikes in 1980 and lived in Dillon, Mont., Cut Bank, Mont., Kodiak and Juneau. She was a member of St. Pauls Catholic Church and was recently employed as a bank teller for the National Bank of Alaska.

She is survived by her husband, Steven Sikes of Juneau; sons, John Sikes of Anchorage and Robert Sikes of Juneau; parents, Kenneth and Ellen Kreuz of Cold Spring, N.Y.; brothers, Kevin Kreuz of Cincinnati, Ohio, Keith Kreuz of Portland, Ore.; and sister, Greta Kreuz of Washington, D.C.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Hospice and Home Care of Juneau.

Information on a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
