Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Sound off on the important issues at

Underage drinking:

• A 14-year-old girl was cited for underage drinking at 3:24 a.m. in the 3400 block of Foster Avenue.

Vandalism:

• A 33-year-old man reported at 7:51 a.m. Wednesday that three signs were broken in the 100 block of Marine Way.

Theft:

• Four rolls of carpet padding were reported stolen at 12:18 p.m. Tuesday from an unsecured building in the 9100 block of Parkwood Drive.

• A red Western Flyer bicycle was reported stolen at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of South Franklin Street.

• Several pieces of identification and paperwork were reported stolen at 12:54 p.m. Tuesday from an unlocked vehicle in the 800 block of Goldbelt Avenue.

• A six-gallon fuel tank and a 10-gallon fuel tank were reported stolen at 1:02 p.m. Tuesday from a skiff in the 6700 block of Marguerite Street sometime during the past week.

• Nearly 250 compact discs were reported stolen at 4:13 p.m. Tuesday from an unlocked vehicle in the 00 block of Marine Way.

• A black Kenwood stereo was reported stolen at 5:28 p.m. Tuesday from a boat on Industrial Boulevard sometime in the past several days.

• Police received a report at 9:25 p.m. Tuesday that $10 in change was stolen from vehicles parked in a driveway of the 1800 block of Mark Alan Street.

• A white Apple iPod reported stolen at 12:20 a.m. Wednesday from an unlocked vehicle in the 800 block of Basin Road.

• A cordless tool set valued at $399 and containing a jigsaw, Skilsaw, drill, charger and battery was reported stolen at 8:57 a.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of South Franklin Street.

Vehicle accidents:

• A van driven by a 50-year-old man struck a concrete pole at 3:34 p.m. Tuesday in 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard causing about $4,000 in damage.

Hit and run:

• A 23-year-old man reported at 7:22 p.m. Tuesday that his blue 1997 Subaru was struck by an unknown vehicle in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.

Traffic stops:

• A 33-year-old man was cited for driving without a license at 6:53 a.m. Wednesday at Glacier Highway and Anka Street in Lemon Creek.

Animal encounters:

• A bear was spotted at 8:53 p.m. Tuesday at Gull Way and Alaway Avenue, at 10:53 p.m. Tuesday around the 6500 block of Glacier Highway, at 9:44 p.m. Tuesday on Valley Boulevard, at 11:42 p.m. Tuesday at Sixth and Main streets, at 12:51 a.m. in the 1300 block of Brittany Place and at 3:08 a.m. Wednesday in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway in Lemon Creek.
