Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Nico J. Willis, 30, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 14 incident in which his blood-alcohol was measured at .252 percent. Juneau Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr., imposed 10 days in jail with 50 days suspended, fined Willis $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Eric Lundborg, 38, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a March 28 incident in which his blood-alcohol was measured at .111 percent. Juneau District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed three days in jail with 57 days suspended, fined Lundborg $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Carol Smith, 48, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a May 3 incident in which her blood-alcohol was measured at .229 percent. Levy imposed 25 days in jail with 95 days suspended, fined Smith $3,000 with none suspended, revoked her license for a year and put her on probation for three years.

• Teresa Huggins, 33, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a May 16 incident in which her blood-alcohol was measured at .150 percent. Sivertsen imposed 25 days in jail with 55 days suspended, fined Huggins $3,000 with none suspended, revoked her license for a year and put her on probation for two years.

• Deryk Lepoidevin, 23, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a May 27 incident in which his blood-alcohol was measured at .183 percent. Sivertsen imposed 6 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Lepoidevin $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Duane Weedman, 31, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a June 2 incident in which his blood-alcohol was measured at .179 percent. Acting District Court Judge Ethan L. Windahl imposed six days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Weedman $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• James A. Brown, 21, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a June 9 incident in which his blood-alcohol was measured at .174 percent. Sivertsen imposed 6 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Brown $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Dustin Gearin, 30, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a July 2 incident in which his blood-alcohol was measured at .132 percent. Sivertsen imposed 4 days in jail with 41 days suspended, fined Gearin $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
