SEWARD - Business owners in Seward say they're open for business despite reports of flooding in remote areas of the community.
Seward Windsong Lodge general manager Nick Hammond says the nearby Resurrection River rose Wednesday but fell as rain abated.
He says hotel operations continued without interruption.
State Department of Transportation spokesman Roger Wetherell says the Southcentral Alaska office has fielded calls from people asking about road conditions into Seward.
Wetherell says all road remain open.
