Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Police arrested Lester Hunt, 22, on a charge of drunken driving at 12:57 a.m. Wednesday on outbound Egan Drive near Channel Drive. They also charged him with misdemeanor weapons misconduct and lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.


• Police arrested a woman, 34, on an assault charge at 7:01 p.m. Tuesday in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive in the Mendenhall Valley. They lodged her at the state prison.


• A baseball cap was reported stolen at 7:47 a.m. Wednesday from an unlocked locker in the 1600 block of Glacier Avenue downtown.

Vehicle accident:

• Police cited a man, 30, on a charge of failing to yield after a an accident involving three vehicles on 10th and D streets downtown. The man was driving a 1989 Chevrolet that reportedly struck a 1996 Nissan driven by a woman, 30. The Nissan in turn stuck a 1994 Dodge truck. Damage was estimated at $5,000 to the Nissan and $1,000 to the Dodge. The Chevrolet reportedly was totaled.

Traffic stop:

• Police impounded a vehicle at 4:31 p.m. Tuesday on Glacier Highway after citing the driver, a 34-year-old woman, on a charge of driving without a license.

• Police impounded a vehicle at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday on inbound Egan Drive at the retaining wall between the Twin Lakes area and downtown after citing the driver, a 19-year-old man, on a charge of driving without a license.

Calls related to domestic violence: 0.
