Keoki C. Cunningham, 29, was found guilty of fourth-degree weapons misconduct, stemming from a July 3 incident. Juneau District Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 120 days in jail with 90 days suspended. He also placed Cunningham on probation for two years and ordered forfeiture of the seized gun. Prosecutors dismissed an additional charge of fifth-degree weapons misconduct.
Brenda J. Gallant, 24, was found guilty of misdemeanor assault, stemming from a June 4 incident. Sivertsen imposed 80 days in jail. Gallant also was found guilty of three probation violations. Sivertsen imposed 170 days in jail with 70 days suspended, 43 days in jail and 70 days with 13 days suspended on the three counts.
Michael C. Coad, 57, was found guilty of misdemeanor assault, stemming from a June 12 incident. Juneau District Magistrate Peter B. Froehlich imposed 60 days in jail.
Anthony R. Pizzuto, 28, was found guilty of misdemeanor assault, stemming from a May 19 incident. Sivertsen imposed 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and placed him on probation for two years.
Sarah Katzeek, was found guilty of misdemeanor fourth-degree criminal mischief, stemming from a July 3 incident where she additionally was charged with misdemeanor assault. Prosecutors dismissed the assault charge. Sivertsen imposed 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended and placed Katzeek on probation for two years.
Teresa B. Willis, 21, was found guilty of disorderly conduct, stemming from a June 12 incident where she originally was charged with misdemeanor assault. Froehlich imposed 20 days in jail with five days suspended and a dine of $500 with $250 suspended. He also placed Willis on probation for one year.
George P. Dalton III, 32, was found guilty in Hoonah District Court on a fourth-degree assault charge, stemming from a July 27 incident. Magistrate Joyce Skaflestad imposed 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended and placed Dalton on probation for one year.
