Sound off on the important issues at

Animal complaint:

• At 2:22 a.m. Sunday, a bear was reported on Northland Street.

Criminal mischief:

• At 2:31 a.m. Sunday, a 49-year-old man was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief in the 100 block of Franklin Street. Alcohol was involved. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Drunken driving:

• At 11:45 a.m. Sunday, David Wayne Admire, 47, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and driving with a revoked license on Glacier Highway. His vehicle was impounded, and he was lodged at the state prison.

Theft:

• At 1:56 p.m. Saturday, a Toshiba laptop computer was reported stolen in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.

Vandalism:

• At 1:32 a.m. Sunday, a man reported vandalism to his car window on Egan Drive.
